Established on 1^st July, 1987, Cliff embarked on its maiden project, as a small fabrication unit, with only 2 administrative staff and 5 technical staff.

Today, the company has established a mark for itself as a major player in the project engineering segment.

Promoted by Mr P Baskaran, a Post Graduate in Chemical Engineering, the company has executed a wide range of projects, with a specific focus on

• Vegetable Oil Refining,

• Storage Tank Farms,

• Mega Diameter Piping, and

• Heavy Structurals

Baskaran’s wide contact in the Project Engineering arena, due to his brief stint with ITCOT a Quasi Government consultancy Organization at Chennai and his experience as a Project Engineer cum Working Partner in a Private small scale Industry at Trichy, helped him to execute some of the major contacts in this segment.

The company’s fabrication unit was upgraded with a computerised design facility in 1991, and a modern fabrication facility was established, to cater to the developing trends in fabrication.
